2. Ownership of Materials
All design and original source files created on Client’s behalf (“Projects”) belong to Client. In the event that any operation of law would cause ownership of a Project to revert to Serene Loong, Serene Loong irrevocably assigns its entire interest in the Project to Client, without limitation. Client warrants that any materials provided to Serene Loong do not infringe on or misappropriate any third party’s rights.

3. Third-Party Fonts
If any Project incorporates fonts not owned by Serene Loong and requires a commercial license, Serene Loong will inform Client in writing. Client assumes all responsibility for purchasing required licenses for Third-Party Fonts to legally reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Project.

4. User Representations
By using the Website, Client represents and warrants that they have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use; are not a minor; will not access the Website through automated means; will not use the Website for illegal purposes; and that their use of the Website will not violate any laws or regulations.

5. Prohibited Activities
Client agrees not to make unauthorized use of the Website, retrieve data for compiling a database, circumvent security features, engage in unauthorized framing, trick or mislead Serene Loong or other users, interfere with the Website's operations, use the Website to compete with Serene Loong, or engage in any activity that violates the rights of Serene Loong or others.

6. Client Feedback
Any feedback provided by Client becomes the property of Serene Loong. Serene Loong shall own exclusive rights to such feedback and is entitled to use it without restriction.

7. Management and Oversight
Serene Loong reserves the right to monitor the Website for violations and take appropriate action, including restricting access or disabling the Client’s use of the Website at its sole discretion.
